Pilates Group Equipment Classes
Our Group Equipment Classes are always taught by fully trained Pilates teachers and always limited in size to four students to make sure you get the most personalized experience. These classes are registered for and paid through Acuity.

Improve your total body strength, balance, flexibility and joint range-of-motion with this workout designed by a Navy Seal. The TRX suspension trainers will harness the resistance of your own body weight and gravity to deepen your awareness of core and total control. 45 minutes. Please wear tennis shoes.

Barre
It’s a class our regulars are devoted to! A faster-paced workout will certainly challenge your endurance, and strength. We love to use the barre, floor, wall, and all the toys to keep classes fresh and fun as well as beneficial. Your teacher will help you be mindful of your alignment and make suggestions for either variations or modifications if necessary throughout the class. All levels are welcome and no socks are necessary.

Group Pilates Mat
Joseph Pilates developed 34 mat exercises over the course of his lifetime. You will discover how they can help you get stronger from the inside out using your own body weight and small props. By practicing mindfulness during exercise, you can develop better coordination, balance, and control over your movements, improving overall body awareness and alignment. Please always inform your teacher if you require any minor modifications.

What a great place for the brand new Pilates student! Learn the benefits of the entire Pilates system using the Cadillac, reformer, chairs, barrels, and tower units.
Please complete your intake form online before your session begins to give us time to review your needs and goals.
These group classes are for those who have no major health issues or current injuries.
