Learning to teach the Pilates method with us will take approximately 20 months of both in house educational lectures and training as well as 600 hours of Personal Development time.
Meet Sarah, the director of education and owner, who's here to inspire and guide you with her passion for learning, 25+ years of teaching and a balance of both curiosity and confidence in the industry.
