PILATES TEACHER

Alison Casper

After a brief time in Dallas, Alison Casper has returned to her hometown of Tyler Texas. She earned her Pilates certification through Real Pilates and worked at the training studio while in Dallas.  She found Pilates to supplement her dance training while at TJC, and fell in love with the method and its benefits. Alison loves how Pilates combines stretch and strength and builds awareness in both the mind and body. Her classes share the principles of Pilates in a fun way that challenges the mind-body connection and also gives a good workout. She is also pursuing her degree at UTTyler.
